While the USA leads the surge in data breaches, India has displayed improvement in its ranking, moving from 7th to 10th globally. Despite being the 10th most breached country, India experienced a significant 74% decrease in the breach rate, from 1.4 million leaked accounts in Q2 to 369,000 in Q3.
